Paramedical Exams
ExamOne is an approved paramedical vendor for the majority of
insurance companies. We have the experience and technology to handle
all of your underwriting needs. Through personal interviews and
specimen collections, our network of 35 highly trained technicians
gather essential health information from insurance applicants.
The difference between ExamOne and others in the industry is the
personal service we offer. We have decreased our turn-around-time to
nine days by centralizing our scheduling. Also we offer the most
choices for you applicant to complete their exam.
The day you place an order with our office your applicant is
contacted, and consecutively until scheduled. Our customer service
representatives work exclusively with you, your applicant and our
examiners. Combined this staff of five has 25 years customer service
experience and six years phlebotomy experience, allowing us to
handle paramedical exams in our office, many times on the same day we
receive the order.
All examiners that handle our mobile exams are required to have
passed stringent background checks and our laboratory is fully
accredited. We also offer four central Indiana patient service
centers so your applicant can complete underwriting requirements
where they are comfortable.

eStatus
Reports
Our office offers eStatus reports to ensure that our customers have
the most up-to-date information on each of their applicant’s
paramedical exam progress. E-mails are sent when the applicant is
contacted, the exam is scheduled, completed and any other pertinent
information. If you haven’t been receiving eStatus please call our
office at (317) 475-1783.
For approved companies ExamOne obtains Attending Physician
Statements (APS) directly from the applicant's physician, clinic or
hospital, and we can offer teleunderwriting interviews. Both of
these services can greatly reduce policy issue time, allowing you to
focus on selling.
